The content on the site is in need of an update in some places, particularly in relation to the activities of regional and sub-regional Business Link franchises, but overall provides an excellent foundation for SME ICT needs.
The content on the website is predominately presented as topics and interactive tools.
Tools are designed as short questionnaires that require no registration and provide targeted pointers to information topics within the website.
Key tools include:

- Personalised Regulation Checklist
Most of the topics tend to be grouped into short guides that can be viewed online (with all hyperlinks) or collated and saved as a PDF or for immediate printing.
