Netvibes has had a relaunch and provides a great homepage reference to all "key" web2.0 applications:
Rather amazingly Netvibes (Paris based) has managed to obtain over 5 million users and attract over $15US venture capital.
My personal favourite for a homepage remains the UK business Protopage as seen embedded into this site here - I like this as it is reliable, fast and simply elegant (good attributes for a web2.0 service)
