School 2.0 is intended to be used as a brainstorming tool together with flip charts, sticky notes, index cards etc. School 2.0 comprises of the following areas that independently can be brainstormed:

• The people wheel – stakeholders in terms of school, home and community
• The learning eco-system – where teaching, learning, instruction and assessment take place
• The horizontal technology layers – where technology that enables education goals is brought into the discussion
• The supporting elements – identifying not only the technology but the environment in which it is integrated and the ongoing support that sustains the initiative and
• Planning and implementation – where ideas, goals, technology tools and supporting elements decided upon by the community are organised into a practical and well-documented plan.
