| what are the recommended computer specifications for the eLearning courses? |
All of our eLearning courses are accessible either on a PC or Apple Mac with the following browsers:
- MS Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher
- Mozilla Firefox version 1.5 or higher
- Apple Safari version 2 or higher
Adobe Flash, and Shockwave plugins, along with Adobe Reader are required for some of the courses which can be downloaded via the links below:

can we place a purchase order? |
Yes.
If you would prefer to place a purchase order then please follow the steps through to the final page where payment options are available. On this page there is a button for "Purchase Order," clicking this will prompt you for a purchase order number.
An invoice will automatically be generated against this purchase order.
Please note that goods and services will not be released until a payment has been made (part payment required for purchase orders). We will contact you upon receipt of a purchase order. |
can we request a quote? |
Yes.
If you would like to obtain a quotation then please add items to your cart and then follow the steps through to the final page where payment options are available. On this page there is a button for "Request Quotation", clicking this will generate a quotation for you and an order will not be placed.

| what are the payment methods? |
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Card payment (credit & debit) via PayPal
- Purchase Order - no payment taken but purchase order generated with your purchase order number
- Request - no purchase order generated but a request for a quotation is supplied and made available to you
All of the above methods are available via the store checkout - simply add the product(s) that you want to your cart and proceed through the checkout process, at the end the options as above are presented to you. |
| Once I have purchased an online course how do I gain access to the learning materials? |
Once your transaction is complete you should see the text: "Checkout Complete!" and a link to "Visit your account"
If you click on "Visit your account" you will see your order details. Within the table on this page you should see a column headed "Download" with a blue arrow directly below this heading.
Click on the download symbol to gain access to a pdf document containing instructions to gain access to your learning materials.
You can view your account containing the order details any time by logging on to our website and going to the Store tab, then My account (invoices receipts and orders). |
